A Classy Flea

"It's a FUN place to shop!"

About Us

Key Points

We strive to have the best prices ...

in town. Our full time dealers scour garage sales, estate sales, and auctions to find the best pieces at great prices. Our customers are another great source of inventory and all of our dealers are 'buying' dealers.

We keep our store fresh for your ...

shopping pleasure. We would rather sell a bunch of stuff at lower profits than hang onto stuff waiting for the big bucks. We know our customers appreciate a new shopping experience each time they browse our store.

We love A Classy Flea!! It's the friendliest group of people you will ever meet and the friendliest shoppers. They have amazing deals and really good quality items. A word of warning though, if you see something you like, don't 'think on it' a day or two. It will be gone by the time you decide you should have purchased it!! Inventory moves fast which is great because there's always new stuff to see!

I was looking for very unique shelves for a retail store and found the most amazing old factory racks on wheels. They could not have been more perfect. I knew I would find something at Classy Flea.

"It's a FUN place to shop!"

Unlike so many of our competitors who have rows and rows of same ol' cubicles, we strive to keep our store interesting, fresh, and a happy place.

Founded in September of 1994, the original owner of A Classy Flea sold the business in September of 1995 to two of the dealers, sisters Barbara Ayers and Joanne Gillilan. What started as a 6000 square foot store was expanded to over 11,000 square feet in February, 2000. After spending three years renting space at A Classy Flea and learning "the ropes", a third sister, Shelley Johnson, was added as an owner in 2006. Now boasting over 25 dealers in 50 booths, A Classy Flea has become a destination for shoppers not only in the Marietta, Georgia area, but all around north Georgia and the entire southeast. With dealers from all around the metropolitan Atlanta area with sources as wide ranging as estate sales, auctions, and containers of antiques from Europe, you are sure to find something interesting every time you drop in.

Our customers are also an invaluable resource of inventory. Whether you have one item to sell or want to liquidate a parent's estate, please ask the dealers at A Classy Flea how we may help.

Our staff of dedicated, full-time, dealers are always striving to make your shopping experience as fun as possible. They will help you search out that special something, make design and color suggestions, even offer ideas for repurposing and painting items in the store to turn them into something uniquely yours. You can also keep up with what's currently going on in the shop through our social media presence. We recommend you 'Like' us on Facebook and search for us on craigslist along with subscribing to our monthly newsletter.

Meet the sisters...

Barbara Ayers

Barbara, or "B" as she's called in the shop, is the third of eight siblings and the oldest sister. B is also active in cocker spaniel rescue and has many items for the dog lover.

Joanne Gillilan

"Jo" is the youngest of the three sisters but brings a wealth of creativity to the shop. Also involved in dog rescue, Jo's love is boxers.

Shelley Johnson

"Shel" not only works her own space at 'the Flea' as do her sisters, she does much of the background work including making sure craigslist has current listings of inventory.
